Nice hotel, great location by river. Beds are soft and nice. Club level is great and worth the extra $20 per night. Stay in lounge had a little English problem but still good. 20th floor was nice and my room had a balcony which I loved. Great view of river and and area at night. Dinning room in lobby bar, food was not really good and staff had English problems, but were very nice people. I will stay here again@

Excellent hotel, great staff, all very helpful and professional. I used the executive lounge and it was also excellent with an outstanding view. Rosa in lounge was really very good, and is a credit to the hotel. The breakfast buffet is also really good with lots of choices, including local and western dishes.

I got facial massage from Thu Giang . She is so~~~~~ super duper excellent and nice. She is able to control her pressure very well so I could enjoy whole time. Here is so comfortable and calm. Also, it is very silent. I felt perfect happy. I strongly recommend everyone.
