这次入住体验非常满意 服务态度很好 酒店位置非常好 出门楼下就有7-11 药店 餐馆 非常方便离海边也很近 出行毫无压力 泳池很漂亮 又很干净 是不错的选择 Thank you Novotel Phuket resort and entire Team we had a really nice holiday and had really great time here we will be back next time on our visit to Phuket and stay here again…

The hotel and staff are really wonderful. Beautiful view, good service and kind people. We didn't want our trip to end. Love the hotel and will definitely be back soon! Kal, AU, Raya and Pla were the hosts! They were the bests! The breakfast was really good too.

Very clean and worm, The room was large and comfortable, The bed was very cozy, The stuff was very polite and patient Lou, Jen, Khing, Mild, Front and Kat was very nice and made us feel at home, the spa was amazing and special tnx to Ms. Noy and Ms. Toy for the lovely carring.

Stayed at the hotel for 12 days. Our first time in Thailand and we couldn’t have chosen a better hotel. Friendly staff, pool is amazing, food was great. Room was cleaned every day and new towels and bedding daily as well. Will definitely be coming back great location so close to shops and beach.
