It wasn't worth the money we paid. expensive. We could have stayed in a very good 5 star hotel for this money. The rooms of this hotel are very mediocre. It's small and there's nothing there. Even the shower is in the middle. The sink is in the middle. There is no closet. There is no minibar. You go to the reception for the minibar. You put your drinks in a locker in the luggage room. We never liked it. What kind of hotel is this? I think it's better to stay in a hostel hotel next time in Berlin

Returning to this hotel after 5 years and once again, a very satisfying stay. Rooms have been recently overhauled and the new decor was nice and fresh. Very functional hotel close to Kudaam and you cannot go wrong with this hotel. Always happy to book here.

Worst stay experience. The air conditioning was not working, and the hotel staff didn’t care. Escalated twice but no help. Out of suffocation and inadequate sleep has to check out a day earlier. I could see other travelers also having AC issue in their rooms.

Location is OK. Room is tiny for the price they're asking. Refused accept my UPS package and refused to help. Unfortunately I cannot speak German and could not speak to UPS myself. I checked with them first before trying to receive the package.

We came for 1 night ,as our original hotel didnt had a place for that night. The room was so small and the amnities like shower are in convenient. Its like half a room more.... would not come again . Good that we had to leave the next day...even small for singles.
