Thank you for Ms Melinda for helping us to get roon earlier. I have come without any booking, for the price really affordable for corporate. I came qith my friends to boom for 2 rooms. Thank you for ibis , keep it up. Really nice and friendly staff.

best hotel in town and has a good value. i love the lobby so clean and big, the receptionist was rellay friendly and helpful. for sure would be comeback here for next stay. has a good location in the heart of city makes easier acces to go somewhere. thank you for Ms Melinda

Assisted by Melinda my check in process getting smooth and easy. I also get my room before 2 pm. I had a plan to went hoe tomorrow earlier before 10 am, so ibis surabaya city center is best choice to stay. Located in strategic area in the center of city.
