The staff were rude and abrupt, understood very little English and offered no assistance when I asked about transport options. The room was advertised as sound proof but it was very noisy I was up all night hearing traffic. No soap provided to wash hands, shifty internet, room smelled of smoke. The only positive was convenience to Airport. Do not advise staying here

Super simple hotel, easy to reach from CDG Airport with public transportation, and easy to reach Paris city center with public transportation too. Rooms are clean but simple: no kettle, no fridge, no iron, no hairdryer. No gym. Microwave available, tea/coffee maker at the restaurant are available during all day. Staff super friendly, they speak english,but pointless to send email to the hotel, no reply. Wifi is not working in the room, but perfect in the reception area or in the restaurant- they let you stay and work there all night if you want. Printer available. Overall: if you are looking for a clean place to sleep it is perfect!

Had a reservation at this hotel for new years eve, the invoice was paid in advance and total sum was confirmed. Upon arrival, one our group was charged the extra price of a room. She mistakenly paid it, now we are waiting over 4 months for the refund, emails are simply not answered. They deliberately overcharged and now will not reply to refund the money.

I booked on booking.com for 3 nights and when I reached there the they tried to put me in a room where there were smell of cigarettes saying that there are no available rooms. When I objected they suddenly got a room on the 1st floor but was then informed that the lift was not working. We went to the room by the stairs and in the room tried to connect to the WIFI which was not working. When we came to the reception we were told that the WIFI was broken and therefore no connection. I had no means to work in the morning. They proposed me to come downstairs to work. I requested for a refund of my payment because I wan to leave. With much difficulty they agreed to refund me. It’s been nearly 4 weeks now and I have not got my refund. The hotel is not reliable so not book there. Be careful of booking.com as well they sell services which are not necessarily maintained by the hotel. Now booking.com wants to refund only 2 nights instead of 3 despite it was not my fault.

I stayed there for a week. First the good points the staff are nice the room fine (except smoke smell) and breakfast very good for the price. Its also very good value if you book in advance on the Ibis web site, i paid 270 euro for six nights including breakfast Also the nearby Courte Paille restaurant is good (even better with the 15% off vouchers available from reception.as are the Indian restaurants in Le Bourget easily reachable on the 350 bus. There is also a major shopping centre Paris Nord, easily reachable on the 627 bus. In fact i often used the 627 to Aulnay sur bois RER to get into Paris but it doesnt run late evenings, a shane because it runs to timetable. In fact neither does the 350 run evenings So apart from the N42 night bus transport is not possible late evenings. Much easier if you have a car.
