This is a very nice hotel, with very good rooms and a very good breakfast buffet every morning. In a southern area of Medellin. It takes a 5-10-min taxi to get to the area of El Poblado for evening dinners. It's also good value overall, given the price of hotels in Medellin felt more expensive than the rest of the country.

I worked in the tourism area for almost 6 years and now i became a master travel agent with AMResorts and to be honest I didn’t like my stay at this hotel. Rooms are pretty small, air conditioner didn’t work. A lady at the recepcion didnt provide any information regarding the hotel, how to use our room key if we need to take the elevator, breakfast time, NOTHING, even didn’t let me know the ways i can pay my stay: Cash COL or US, credit card, didn’t let me know what will happen if i pay using US, she didn’t aware us or ask us if we are agreed. We won’t come back.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Its convenient location made exploring the area a breeze. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my stay. Unfortunately, I fell sick during my visit, but the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and accommodated. Their exceptional service truly made a difference.

3시쯤 체크인시간에 와서 사람이 많았으나 체크인이 너무 느리고 사람들이 새치기 하는것도 막지 않더군요. 이에대해 항의하자 사람이 많아서 느린거고 새치기 하는건 자기 알바아니라는 식으로 이야기 하더군요. 보통 클레임 대응이 책임회피인가요? 글로벌 브랜드라서 중간은 하겠지하고 예약했는데 이비스의 서비스 매뉴얼에 대한 불신이 커집니다.

This hotel is so comfy and the service is very good. The location is very central. Clean and organized. The rooms are perfect and it has a good quality for its price. I would definitely stay again in a future trip.
