Even after warning the Hotel about my schedule flight Me and my wife arrived at this hotel and they said it was fully booked I sent two days ago a message warning that we will arrive 11pm and they just NOT respected the BOOKING reservation and confirmation and we had to find another place to stay

I stayed at this hotel for a few nights a long while ago and always forgot to leave a review. It's a large hotel with a lot to offer. I love skyscraper hotels and enjoyed the high room with a balcony overlooking the city. It's clean, comfortable, and a great price. There is a very cool, very large mall a short walk away from the hotel. The only downside is the location. Other than that mall, there isn't much else that's within an easy walking distance from the hotel. I actually traveled before it says for the review, but that was the earliest I could select. But overall, it was a great hotel.

We liked our views from the balcony, pool access and great staff with a buffet breakfast for a reasonable price. Close to Salvador shopping centre with a great selection of shops and an amazing food court!!

We spent our first night of our short trip to Salvador here. 15 minutes on foot from bus terminal and subway station and a few steps from Shopping Salvador. Room is spacy, clean and quiet. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. Gym and swimming pool looked nice, but we didn't have time to enjoy them.

We have recently stayed in this hotel and it has been an overall good experience. We had issues with our flight and we arrived to the hotel much earlier than expected. With an extra charge they have kindly allowed us to check-in early and given us an standard room on the 8th floor. The hotel in general is very clean with good facilities. The shower has really good temperature and pressure and the room offers a nice size balcony that overviews the Pituba district. The location is ok. I guess is good for business areas but wasn’t great to visit Salvador. It is fairly close to two big shopping centres. All we have taken has been uber or taxi as the city can become dangerous therefore is recommended to keep taking taxis or uber. The hotel staff was nice, the pool area is big enough and overall it has been an enjoyable stay. Around the hotel there are not many things to do or restaurants.
