During my recent stay at Novotel Moscow City from 9th to 22nd February, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm reception I received from the duty manager Marika. Her friendly demeanor and efficient handling of check-in made me feel welcome and valued as a guest as always. I also want to extend my appreciation to the night manager Maria for her attentiveness and quick response to any requests or concerns I had during my stay. Her professionalism and dedication to ensuring a comfortable experience for guests did not go unnoticed. The F&B Manager Darina and her associate Yulia deserves special recognition for their exceptional service and attention towards the incredible experience. I am extremely glad with the fact that how she is concerned with every details to make the valued guest feel exceptional during the stay. Lastly, I would like to express my deepest gratitude towards Deputy GM Marina for her overall management of the hotel. Her leadership and commitment to guest satisfaction were evident throughout my stay, and I truly felt well taken care of under her supervision.

Hotel Novotel Moscow City is an excellent hotel and a great value for the price, located in Moscow City and next to AfiMall and lots of good restaurants walking distance. It is my favorite hotel to stay at when I am in Moscow. The rooms are comfortable, the sauna and gym are good, and the restaurant and bar in the lobby are convenient. The people who work there are extremely helpful. Catherine Golovanova was working behind the front desk when I had some issues with my flight and she was incredibly helpful and delivered a lot of value on my hotel scheduling issues. That woman has a bright future in the hotel industry - I really believe she would be a great manager for a high end hotel. Extremely helpful in an elegant and diplomatic way. If you are visiting Moscow I strongly recommend a stay in the Hotel Novotel Moscow City.

Standard business hotel. We had a nice room with a comfy bed and a shower cabin. Nothing special in the design but tidy. The hotel location was a bit of disappointment. I expected more things to do in that area but appeared to be nothing more than a mall. To enjoy outing you have to take transportation to the city center.

It's great Hotel, personally it's mainly cause of the location. I like Moscow City very much. All that is needed is just outside the doorstep. But indeed the Hotel itself has a vibe, friendly and very good service. The reason for 4 stars for service is simply that it takes way to much time for the check in process. This goes for every Novotel I visited. You are standing in line like twice or 3 times longer than what Hotels of similar standard spend, idk why, they need to do something about it. Except for that, which iam sure is not the staff's fault, the service is great. Rooms are comfortable, spacious, really good firm beds, sleep is very good. Have amenities like massage and spa services. The lobby bar serve very good coffee. The is place is cool. The rooms are very different according to availability, demand and season. Sometimes really great value, sometimes it's priced accordingly to the location. In the end nothing beats this location for me in Moscow

As usual again I got a bit late to write my reviews here. I wanted to take a moment to express my utmost gratitude for the consistently exceptional experiences I have had during my stays at your hotel over the past six years. Each visit has been nothing short of delightful, and I wanted to extend my heartfelt appreciation. To begin with I would like to express my deepest gratitude towards Marina ( Deputy General Manager ) for always being so supportive ! From the moment I step into the grand lobby, I am greeted with a warm smile from Marika (Front Office Manager) and a genuine willingness to assist. The staffs at Novotel Moscow City truly go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Whether it is the friendly concierge who assists with my luggage or the attentive housekeeping staff who meticulously tend to every detail, the level of service is unparalleled. The rooms have always been impeccably cleaned, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The attention to detail is evident in the thoughtful amenities provided, ensuring that every need is met. I especially appreciate the breathtaking views of Moscow City that I have enjoyed from my room window. This time the dining experience at Novotel Moscow City has also been a culinary delight. The diverse menu offers a range of delectable options, prepared with finesse and presented beautifully. The attentive waitstaff adds a personal touch, making each meal a memorable experience which I believe would not have been possible without the efforts and guidance of the F&B Manager Darina. It would be out of context here to tell here that most of the times I was away during the day because of my professional commitments and when i used to be back in the hotel in the evening or at night, there were many concerns from throughout the day I would want to be addressed. It was the diligence and humbleness of Night Manager Maria, that she left no stone unturned in attending to my demands even though I understand that there were long queues at the reception or even staff shortage but the zeal to attend to the matter from her was never lost. I guess some jewels like this within the organisation should always be retained and cherished to set the perfect example of being hospitable ! Overall, my experience at Novotel Moscow City has once again exceeded my expectations. The professionalism and warmth of the staff, coupled with the hotel's exceptional amenities, have made it my preferred choice for accommodation in Moscow. I look forward to many more delightful stays at this outstanding establishment in the years to come. In conclusion, Novotel Moscow City has consistently exceeded my expectations over the years, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Thank you for providing a comfortable and welcoming environment that truly feels like a home away from home.
