The staff is great and the room is very good and clean. Especially Miss Devajani from Hk Supevisor she was very supportive and helpful. Mr Rasel he always make sure the room in great condition. Also both of them always asking if I need anything, just inform them. Great hospitality from both of them. Thank you so much Miss Devajani and Mr Rasel.

Great clean rooms and hospitality. The cleaning staffs are very helpful. Had stayed with family with parents, kids, and multiple occasions needed help for having the room cleaned.. They were very helpful and available immediate every time

Very good experience at the Novotel Sipcot hotel. The aesthetics of the lobby and each floor opening is beautiful and different. The reception staff are good. But no welcome drink or even water was offered. Had to request them for a glass of water. But otherwise, service is very good. The housekeeping staff team of Devajani and Vinoth have rendered adequately good service. But maybe due to full house, the catering was a little slow and the leftover tray kept outside the room was not cleared even 24 hours later. However, the lunch I had of veg pulao and raita and fryums was delicious and fresh, with very less oil. Overall, a good experience!
