Rooms and beds are goods food is delicious in taste the interior of the hotel is also good but the rooms price is so costly. The staff are so cooperative and the breakfast is also good and the dinner buffet is also good room washroom are clean and no any negative response

I found stay always pleasent here and laundry service extremely good and specially Mr.Riyaz and Mr.Mallikarjun from laundry department doing an excellent job of getting my clothes ready in shortest time possible and a very neat job.food is awesome...overall i am very happy with Novotel.

We had a very good stay at Novotel, good ambiance and services, especially house keeping was outstanding. I would love to mention a name one mr.Anil Yadav was there to help us always with a smiling face.. I'm sure he is worth for the company.... Beautiful place amazing location and the sweetest team ever to help you through each and every step my stay was fantastic and the gym and spa are amazing too. Wanpyn at the GB does an amazing job, she hosted us and guided throughout our food and drinks orders and helped us select the best that is there. Thank you!
