Very disappointed in this hotel chain, as the room was not clean. The towels were possibly the worst smelling I have ever encountered. Damp really bad body odour smell. I did have them replaced, and the replacement was clean, but very very old looking. The shower door did not close properly, so the floor was always wet. The kettle and fridge were also not clean. The location was fine, but still just a bad experienced and expected so much more.

The room size is decent and looks new. The king bed size is big that can fit 1 child too. Enough for a family with one kid under 12 years old. The toilet is clean only the shower drainage is quite slow in absorbing the water so sometimes it flood the floor outside the shower. My problem is the keycard. I often cant enter the room and make me have to go to receptionist to get the key reset. overall it is good

Stepping through the lobby, I was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly reception area. Light, airy and very spacious, very welcoming atmosphere The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and amenities. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The location of the hotel in the center of the city, easy access, comfort place The breakfasts was good enough but please make some various of food.
