Temporary stop over. Booked 2 rooms. We were placed amongst 3 rooms of youths who created havoc screaming and shouting and slamming doors after midnight. Had to call reception who sent security with mixed results. The next night the same thing happened. At checkout the 'party' was greeted with a smile and the fact that they were staying for several nights, the company name they were from and that it was a religious festival. No apology was offered until it was suggested that this might be appropriate. From what we saw, this hotel is clearly for businessmen and partying and if you stay longer you can do more what you like. Photos available.

The hotel is located in a very reachable area quite close to the metro hence it is very easy to move around. Quite professional, friendly and warm service especially Pooja from house keeping haha. Overall I enjoyed the experience and stay in Ibis Hotel at Gurugram.

My room cleaning is good by Pooja everyday. Room is neat and clean all time .she is a good translator of Japanese understand the language.hotel is at good location. Good city view . Breakfast is also good.Amisha from kitchen she is also very nice girl.
