친절한 직원과 고급스럽고 청결한 내부가 만족스럽습니다. 그리고 수영장도 넓어서 아이들과 시간을 보내기 좋았습니다. 조식의 변화가 거의 없는 점이 다소 아쉬웠습니다.

1. 객실 어느정도 연식이 있다고 듣고왔습니다만, 크게 불편함을 느끼진 않았습니다. 설비들도 잘 작동했습니다. 묵는 내내 불편함이없었습니다. 아쉬운점이라면 창문뷰가 평범한 도시뷰라는 점, 방음이 약하다는 점입니다 2. 서비스 직원들은 매우 친절하고 요청사항을 잘 들어줍니다. 호텔 내 룸서비스나 조식도 만족스러웠습니다. 수영장도 매우 넓었고 헬스장은 작지만 운동하는데 지장이없었습니다. 3. 위치 위치에서 다소 아쉬움이 있습니다. 공항에서 철도로 바로올수있지만, 도보 10분정도 걸립니다. 태국의 날씨를 고려하면 10분도보가 생각보다 힘듭니다. 또한 면세점이나 푸드코트가 바로붙어있는것은 장점이지만 여러 관광거리와 거리가 애매한 점은 아쉽습니다. 총평으로는, 위치에서 다소 아쉬움이있었지만 매우 만족한 호텔입니다. 호캉스가 목적이라면 매우 좋은 호텔이라 생각하고 위치가 애매한점은 저가의 택시비용으로 커버할수있습니다.

A very welcome oasis in the hustle a d bustle of Ba gkok. Excellent amenities, very comfortable room, and breakfast is first class with all the bases covered. Executuve lounge was a very welcome suprise. Wonderful and helpful staff. Would not hesitate to return.

Overall this hotel offers excellent value for money. 5 min walk from Victory Monument BTS station which allows you access to all major tourist areas. Staff are friendly and efficient. Stayed on executive floor and staff at the executive lounge very professional and efficient. Drinks and food selection one of the best I have come across for Accor hotels in Bangkok.
