Everything was on point! Literally zero complaints, all praise. Wow, best hotel and best staff. Upgraded to the prestige suite and was not disappointed. Big thank u to sujeewa, what a lovely man, never felt so pampered. Outdid any expectations , hidden gem in a prime location. Definitely be coming back.

Lovely service from Jose. Very polite, friendly & attentive. Ordered food & drinks in the bar & all very tasty. It was pretty busy & Jose was non-stop busy but never got flustered & was really lovely each time he came to check on us. Thank you Jose!

Sujeewa in the club Millisime is amazing. Worth booking a club room just to be served- and entertained by him. Friendly, personable and attentive service. A real asset to the hotel. My glass was never empty and the hot canapés were delicious. And he has the most impressive hair!

I arrived early to be greeted at reception by the same smiling face that greeted me on my last visit! Aartee was very efficient and pleasant - she organised an early check in for me which was very much appreciated. She is a great asset to this hotel!

Wonderfully fit for transit. I was transiting from Athens to DFW, and needed to spend the night close to LHR. From the top-notch check-in by Jenish to a well-appointed room, it was perfect. I was able to get a restful night sleep, have a satisfying breakfast at the buffet, and then walk 5 minutes to check into my flight.
