The hotel is very old and the HUGE lobby space is unnecessary but the staff were very nice. Although I would recommend the hotel itself, the location is disadvantageous if you want to explore Bangkok. It is VERY FAR from popular malls like MBK, centralwOrld, and ICONSIAM. But if you’re looking for a hotel near Suvarnabhumi Airport, this hotel is perfect.

Visit The Square restaurants, very nice and good food. Special buffet on Saturday and Sunday, lots of variety of food. Personally, I feel this restaurant is in the top 10 in the Suvarnabhumi area. Lovely Restaurant staff Manager OH, Ms ViVi, Mr พายุ, Mr.โยธิน. Thank you for very nice service.

화장실 변기 물이 계속해서 내려가고 소음이 있는 고장이 있었고 세면대 물이 잘 내려가지 않았음. 전반적으로 화장실 객실 정비가 필요해보임. 새벽에 도착하여 따로 컨플레인하지 않았으나 평소대로라면 룸을 바꿔달라고 했을정도의 불편함이었음.

A huge disappointing and uncomfortable stay

The only positive point is the location of the hotel, for the rest it was a huge disappointing and uncomfortable stay, just some disappointed points: - no one at the entrance to assist with the luggage - waiting queue for check-in more than 20 minutes - check-in 20 minutes, they could not my prepaid reservation - showed screen shots that the price on booking.com was cheaper than their own website; only answer was: can happen - room did not had day light; contacted the reception for a room with day light and the answer you have booked this room (on the site is not mentioned that the room does not have day light) - internet connection two different instructions - clean the shower by my self - a lot of hairs, soap rests, etc - air conditioner not working properly - master switch was not working; one light could not be switched off - the room was very dated - asked twice for the manager on duty and no one contacted me - sent an email to the hotel and sent a reminder, but no feedback after five days The do not care attitude from all staff is a reason not to go return to this hotel and for sure I will not recommend the hotel anymore.

This hotel is a convenient option in case of an early flight. Check in was really fast and the room and bed were comfortable. The room had an internal view which was a bit odd. The room included breakfast, although there are a lot of things to eat the breakfast was not the freshest to be honest. Would stay again, good enough.
