Overall, my stay at Sofitel Dubai was a delightful experience. The combination of attentive staff, well-appointed rooms, and excellent cleaning service from Shavim made it a memorable visit. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, Sofitel Dubai offers a perfect blend of luxury and comfort.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sofitel JBR. The staff are helpful, courteous and very friendly. The rooms are modern and spacious enough and housekeeping was very attentive to our needs (thank you Zaneeq!). The buffet breakfast has plenty of choice; we can highly recommend the French toast. Unfortunately the bread / baguette was not always freshly baked. The best: having a drink in the infinity pool with that gorgeous view. The bad: the spa. Worst experience ever... We informed Customer Relations who told us that the Spa does not belong to nor managed by Sofitel. That it a shame as it reflects very negatively on the hotel. Having a masseuse wearing trackpants with white stripes, listening to music on a headset, phone ringing and turning on all the bright lights the second time is up is not at all professional. If you want a massage go elsewhere. We can highly recommend the Sofitel JBR!

Aisha she is very excellent lady in cleaning our room.always she make our room tidy,nice and arranging our items very well. she is smiling very time, kind ,and helpful. The hotels is nice comfortable and the view is very great we recommend our friends to come at sofitel hotel jbr. Aisha thank for your good hospitality.

Excellent hotel, perfect location a short walk to the beach, nice bars & restaurants, shopping. staff are commendable, nothing is too much bother they will go far & above your expectations. Lovely clean spacious rooms, robe, slippers, stand alone bathtub a bonus

Hotel is superb, is very professional management starting from General Manager, reservation department , reception , executive lounge , the hotel situated in a great point , close to the sea , elegant , clean , people welcoming us with warm words especially the gentle guy from reception Mehdi , executive lounge is very exclusive offering nice ambience, honestly when I will come back with my family I will return definitely to this great and amazing hotel.
