We had a fantastic stay at ibis Bilbao Centro, largely thanks to the exceptional service provided by Enara. From the moment we checked in, Enara warmly welcomed us and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Not only did she efficiently handle our check-in process, but she also took the time to provide us with valuable recommendations for places to visit and dine in Bilbao, enriching our experience in the city. Her friendly demeanor and genuine care for guests truly stood out and made our stay memorable. The hotel itself offered clean and comfortable accommodations, complemented by a convenient location in the heart of Bilbao. The parking was super convenient and easy to access. However, it was Enara's exemplary hospitality that truly elevated our stay. We highly commend her dedication and professionalism, and we look forward to returning to ibis Bilbao Centro in the future. Enara - If you ever read this: thanks again from us and the dogs!

We were really pleased with this hotel. The location is excellent as you can walk to any of the main sights from there. The breakfast was very reasonably priced and pretty good, and the rooms were very comfortable. All in all for a budget hotel it was excellent. The staff were really nice and helpful too.

The hotel is in a good location - it is within a 15-20 min walk to the Guggenheim museum and the city center or the bus interchange. It is also a 5 min walk to Lidl. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The buffet breakfast has enough variety to set you for the day. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The room itself is quite spacious. Enjoyed my stay here.

We are stayed here as I am an Accor member and I find all their hotels well placed and reasonably priced. This one is no exception. David at check-in looked after us and did a fantastic job, walked us through the best places to go and how to get around. The hotel is close to transport and local attractions, especially the food. The rooms are very clean and the staff are all excellent.

Nice hotel very central for walking to the Old Town and The Guggenheim.Very clean and breakfast very nice a big selection of food on offer. Staff !owned us an umbrella which was great due to heavy rain. Very basic hotel. Does the job.
