The hotel is a bit dated, but the pool area is great, and the staff are lovely. All front reception staff were fantastic. Rooms are large, and bathrooms are a bit old, but overall, for the price, this is great value. All food ordered from the restaurant was fine.

A big shout-out for IBIS STYLES Legian! We had a rather sudden trip to Bali a couple of weeks ago. We tried to find a low-cost Accor hotel and came across this place. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left (nine days later), we felt the happy vibes! The staff were so friendly, the room was fantastic, and the spa was amazing! All hotel employees were so happy, smiling and friendly with excellent English and they truly bent over backwards to please! Yudi was exceptionally helpful. He gave us a great welcome, drove us to the Novotel airport hotel, carried all our bags, and helped us check in for our last night. He really went above and beyond! We had some lovely food, and as a vegetarian, I appreciated the many vegetables available at breakfast every day. We were particularly happy with the long, sparkling pool, and I enjoyed my laps and fitness regime. This place is only about 8 minutes from the beach, so we enjoyed many divine sunsets. We are back there next school holiday. I think we have found our sweet spot in Bali! Forgot to mention- four stars and CHEAP!

Very conveniently located at a walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants this hotel had very comfortable beds and friendly staff. The buffet was good and the restaurant staff Suki, Devi, Head Chef Sujana and other staff were very helpful.

I will give this hotel 10 out of 10, the staff are excellent & friendly & go out of there way for you, I think this is one of the friendliest hotels I have been too, cleaning staff do such a great job, the rooms are big enough & bed is comfortable & the food is really good, close to everything, shopping, restaurants, cafes, 👍

It' is lovely to stay here, the staff is friendly and always warm wellcomed, the breakfast always good,comfortable sleep and want to stay again with family. The pizza and quasadillas at the pool was delicious.They have life music in their main bar.
