Basic hotel, but clean and well-located. Staff lovely. Breakfast good. Room too hot and air conditioning/fans not available when we visited. Easy to get to from airport and walkable to central Prague. Restaurants and bars close to the hotel inexpensive. Would recommend.

Extremely basic hotel. Stayed here for 3 nights with a friend. The rooms are tired and need updating, the beds are not comfortable at all even the pillows are rubbish. We hardly slept due to the temperature in the room and we were unable to open windows due to street noise. The staff were unhelpful and unfriendly, never saw a staff member smile. The breakfast was obsimal!! I know ibis are budget hotels but I was honestly shocked by this one....the only positive thing about our stay was the location.

총 3일을 투숙했고, 2일을 조식 포함, 마지막 1일은 조식 없이 예약 했습니다. 첫째 날은 조식을 무난하게 먹었는데, 둘째 날이 되자 직원이 갑자기 제 예약에 조식이 포함되어 있지 않다고 했습니다. 예약 내역을 확인해달라고 얘기 했는데, 계속 포함되어 있지 않다고 했습니다. 저는 아코르 앱 예약 번호를 알려주면서 확인해보라고 했습니다. 직원이 관리자 화면을 확인하더니 식당에 입장할 수 있게 해줬습니다. 이때 저에게 어떠한 설명도 없이 몸짓으로만 나에게 식당에 입장하라고 했습니다. 내가 알아들을 수 없는 언어로 직원들끼리 이야기하고, 나에게 설명해주지 않는 모습에 실망했습니다. 고객 리스트를 출력하는 과정에서 조식 포함 내역이 실수로 누락될 수 있다고 생각합니다. 하지만 문제 해결 과정에서 고객에게 어떠한 설명 없이 제스처로만 입장하라는 식의 대응은 고객을 무시한다고 느껴졌습니다.

I've stayed in this hotel quite a few times now,love it ,love the location and the staff here was really friendly. We are currently in Prague for a 10 day holiday, we chose this hotel again,booked in straight away ,alocated room on 3rd floor,a twin bedded room ,room was cosy,lots of storage space ,comfortable beds ,flat screen tv and bathroom was spotlessly clean, breakfast was really good, a big choice of hot and cold items, bar was good ,the beers from Pilsner Urquell Brewery superb,location could not be better ,an area teeming with pubs, bars, cafe's and restaurants, great transport links as well ,loved our stay ,only one downside when we visited was the hordes of Italian teenage school kids ,out of control, teaches doing nothing to control them ,total nuisances but that was the only blip on what was another great stay in this hotel in this amazing city.
