The ibis had incredible service as far taking care of their customers went. We got to the hotel 5 hours before check in and they still got us a room. Also the food and breakfast was delicious and the rooms were very comfortable. Would definitely recommend if going through the area.

Santi helped us so much - we arrived for a 20 hour layover at 9am when our check in began at 2 and he helped us get a room right away! He was so kind. The hotel is clean, decorated tastefully, provides a great breakfast, and a nice area to view the game at night.

Excellent service and convenient location. It’s worth mentioning the late breakfast times. Personnel are super friendly. Santi was incredibly helpful and even lent me a plug in adaptor. The welcome drink was also appreciated. The hotel looks amazing too.

We arrived on a late flight and needed an overnight at El Prat airport. This place was perfect. It was a minimalist room, clean and comfortable. The staff were acommodating and friendly, the limited food menu was quity fresh and tasty, and this hotel perfectly filled our needs.

Trash nickel and dime hotel. AVOID ! ! !

I use IBIS hotels in several places and this was the worst one. Room is trash, not clean. They charge 2 Euros for a bottle of water. The worst is that they just shut down the AC for the entity building - justify that summer is over. The room was a sauna. The only window only opens 4" and there is no ventilation. We had a very hot night as the AC was turned off. The moron at the front desk just say AC is not needed. The point is I PAID FOR A ROOM with AC and deliberately the hotel shuts it down.
