We were very impressed with the quality of the hotel given the price - so don’t be put off thinking the price reflects the standard of the hotel. The rooms were well laid out- not big but enough space for a couple. The bed was comfortable and the shower was also good. Room was clean - and you even get biscuits which is always a good measure of a hotel for me!

We had a great stay at the ibis in Leeds we found the staff very friendly and helpful and we had a great Breakfast they also have parking and we had a beautiful view from our Twelth floor window the room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable we would stay again

Good price as we booked well in advance. Clean, decent breakfast and lovely staff. 20 mins walk into town . Single bed too soft for me but a good stay and would recommend for a cheap no frills weekend away. Four of us in Leeds for a weekend and v enjoyable

Had no complaints with this hotel at all. Very comfortable bed, lovely powerful shower, tea/coffee/biscuits. Very noisy if window is open but otherwise couldn't hear the traffic Only around 10 minute walk to town

In need of a good clean and very basic

Very basic hotel. Nothing cosy about this place, basic rooms, plumbing in bathroom clunking all night long but was a comfy bed. Carpets very grubby in stairwells,corridors and in rooms around the bed legs you could see the debris and dirt. Smells of strong cabbage in parts of the stairwell and corridors too. The lifts made strange noises when moving that make you wonder if you will arrive safely to the desired floor. This hotel needs a revamp and a serious deep clean...its pretty grim really. A kettle is provided in rooms, a small hairdryer and a very outdated style small retro tv ( the tv was not working in all rooms of the party ). The Ibis is located on a busy roundabout, there's a couple of casinos and a TGI Fridays restaurant closeby . Breakfast was help yourself to cooked items,cereal, pastries etc. Breakfast was overall ok. Overall, choose elsewhere- its basic & grubby !!!
