Good Experience at Grand Mercure Roxy in Singapore. Good location, very close to the airport and not very far from business Centre. People are friendly and helpful. In all a very good experience for a short stay. Just a caution, veg food needs to be explained well in the hotel

Run down hotel... We booked junior suite BUT will you dare to use the bathtub with the scratches and marks in the tub? It's badly maintained by hotel team.... Hope the management will look into it.

저녁에 도착하여 바로 다음 일정이 있다고 하니, 컨시어지가 택시를 이용할 지 물어보고 바로 예약을 도와주었습니다. 한국계 직원의 도움으로 근처 로컬 음식을 소개받을 수 있었고 당시 시간이 늦어 배달 음식을 시켰을 때에도 로비 직원들의 도움으로 잘 수령할 수 있었습니다.

Landed very early in the morning at SIN and arrived at the hotel shortly after. Being very early in the morning, I was planning just to register for check in and leave my luggage then explore the city. But in reality, I was very tired and wanted to sleep. The kind lady at check in do her best to see if she can accomodate a room for me straight away. That was very nice of her knowing that she is not oblige to do that. After talking with her supervisor, she manage to get me a room at 9:30. Still 3 hours away, but that is a huge help and very thankful of that. The room itself is very cosy and good size. Bathroom is clean and very well maintained. Location is not too far from airport and many shops nearby. Very nice hawker food accross the hotel. The pool looks cosy and very nice bar next to the pool to reedeem the welcome drink. The chinese food at level 2 also nice and they take accorplus too. Will stay here again in future, highly recommend for transit
