Disappointment for a family of kids

Standards have gone down and quality of food and service needs a lot of improvement. Not at all deserving a five star hotel. The kids club supervisor(which was only one most of the time) was not enthusiastic at all with kids. On our arrival she was praying when there was more than 8 kids under her supervision;a 7 year old opened the door for us and told us to be quiet because the supervisor was praying at that time Some kids started going out to the small playground( they could easily just leave and no one would have noticed). Pool has not lifeguard which I found shocking while kids from the kids club have activities in the pool with one supervisor just chatting and looking at her phone. Be careful when leaving your kids thinking they are being supervised and being taken care of.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Sofitel with my girlfriends for the weekend. The suite we stayed in was simply amazing. The service was top notch with staff going over and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Pool area was a great place to hang out with so much space. Breakfast had so much choice and I loved the haute croissantre area.
