Staff at reception made a nice welcoming + departure they were restaurant very freindly & Helpful . Breakfast has no value for the amount paid, although the lady serving breakfast was so friendly too and helpfull. Shuttle bus to airport was good and driver too

My Rating is 1. My stay at this hotel is the worst experience of my life. This hotel must not given any stars because it misleads people around the world. Very very small rooms, no room services, highly arrogant staff, rude behaviour, poor breakfast and no vegetarian items available. No space in the room for placing the baggage, no any desk or tables in the rooms, very small size bed which cannot accommodate two adults with one infant. Walls were messy and old painted. People please look carefully all the reviews and then decide to book else the same experience you will receive in future..

Dear customer Your return surprises me Maybe you have the wrong establishment Our rooms measure 14m² and have a daily cleaning service. At our B&B Hotel Paris Nord 2, the breakfast is a buffet composed of various food and drinks,  It contains 3 types of bread, but also chocolate bread, croissants and soft bread with a toaster are also available. you can also add to your bread : honey, jam, salter butter caramel ! Our cold products are : Pork ham , Turkey Ham, cheeses , yogurts, applesauce, fruit salad , butter,  milk , apple and orange juices and mineral water. as for the Hot products, we do propose :  Scrambled egg, bacon, sausages, and hot drink We have renovated all the room last year I remain at your disposal Yasmina

I've been at other B&B hotels, they were smaller. This one is like an admiral ship for the franchise. It is open 24/24 with helpful staff, a bar for hot snacks and a shuttle. The room has a shower and a confortable bed It is not noisy (window insulation)

It is what it is! Convenient airport hotel. Basic. Clean. Good value. Definitely recommended. What makes this hotel stand out are the staff. Especially Victor in particular!! Such a lovely man!! Very helpful and friendly. You alone made our rather sad unexpected stay in Paris a better one.
