Just back from a 3 night B&B stay, I can’t fault the hotel yes the rooms a bit dated compared to downstairs the lobby, bar and restaurant but it is extremely clean. Breakfast was fantastic a massive spread!! The location was fab also. I highly recommend this hotel I definitely would stay again.

Stayed here for our family Easter break. Great location to walk to most of the tourist hotspots, and staff were generally nice and helpful. Price felt attractive compared to other hotels for that peak season. But in exchange had to put up with some issues. A/C didn't work properly so room always a bit warm and in the morning smelt quite stuffy. Couldn't really keep window open as room was facing noisy main street. Bathroom also with it's issues, toilet didn't flush properly and when taking a shower you would flood the whole bathroom, as the glass screen was poorly installed. All in all a mixed bag, but I guess you get what you pay for

We stayed here in Feb 2024 for 3 nights. It was 1. Clean 2. Comfortable 3. Welcoming 4. Good location about 20 minute walk from Alexanderplatz 5. Good breakfast I have stayed in other Novotels before and I think they are great, not too expensive. . When I win the lottery, I'll go to the fancier hotels with "charecter and personality" but until then I'm happy sticking with Novotels. Its a big modern block of a hotel and I'm sure that there are loads with charecter and "personality" but with my need to to be budget conciouss and centrally located, it provides all that I need

Hotel in a central and strategic position, very good breakfast buffet and very friendly staff. However not recommended: 1. dirty rooms (daily cleaning negligible); 2.absent spaces: quadruple room with beds attached to the walls, with inability to move, a wardrobe not sufficient for 4 people's clothes. The bathroom is also small and without a bidet. There is much better.
