Hotel is situated within a fantastic location, 2mins from the Colosseum. Superb rooftop views. All of the staff are friendly and extremally helpful. Beds are really comfy. We would definitely stay at this Hotel again, highly recommended.

So Close to the Colosseum

So very central. Basic room, however all that you need when only sleeping and showering. You will be far too busy exploring beautiful Rome. Staff were fantastic. Walk our the door and the Colosseum is right there ... just metres away. Magical. I would stay there again.

Me and my wife stopped here for a long weekend and I did the Rome marathon. Great location and a 2 minute walk from the colosseum. Room was nice and clean and we had a superior and was a little bit small but fine for our needs. The room was a bit noisy. Breakfast was great and plenty of selection . The staff were friendly and helpful We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

Booked this hotel for a family of 4 for 5 days. Brilliant hotel, great position, clean, very helpful staff. Small bar great for a snack and a drink. Magnificent view of the colosseum from the 8th floor pool area. Would highly recommend this hotel for a city trip to Rome. Would book again.

Lovely hotel with a pool and an amazing view of the Colosseum!

We stayed at this hotel for 10 nights. From 9/16-9/26/2023. I picked this hotel because of its location. Close to the Colosseum (my main thing for Rome), close to a metro stop, has good reviews, and best of all-a pool for my husband. The pool is small and not heated so the water was cold but refreshing. We made good use of the pool during our stay. A big plus was the view from the roof top. We could see the Colosseum in all its glory! Even the VE Monument. Short walking distance from Domus Aurea and the Colosseum. Also walking distance to several restaurants as hotel only offers breakfast buffet and the terrace bar's menu is very limited. I booked a superior room at a cost of 2285€/$2460.26 through booking.com. Breakfast was not included in our stay which was a choice I had made. We had had breakfast included in our other hotels and there's just more food than we normally eat for breakfast so we decided to get breakfast on our own while in Rome. I did check out the hotel's breakfast spread and it was huge with juices, cereals, fruits, cheeses, meats, etc. and it all looked great. When we check in we're asked how we want to pay the city tax which wasn't included in our cost. Cash or credit card. I opted for the credit card for 120€/$128.29. Staff also remarked about how long a stay we had booked. Maybe it's unusual for a stay that long?? So much better experience so far than our Amalfi hotel! Hotel has a lovely reception area with seating. A breakfast room. The pool is on the roof top terrace as is the bar for drinks, snacks, etc. Loungers and pool towels. We had a light dinner one evening at the roof top bar as well as drinks while poolside. We take the elevator to our room #418. It's very nice with a large floor to ceiling window with a small balcony. The view is of the main street. The room has all of the usual furnishings-desk, TV, safe, mini fridge which has 2 bottles of water which we will get daily, coffee & tea making supplies, places for our clothes. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom is shower only. Has a hair dryer, toiletries. A/C was fine and the WIFI was very good. Our room is very clean-overall a nice room. We're happy. Even though our room looks on to the main road no noise heard so not an issue for a good night's sleep. During our stay the friendly staff at the reception desk were great-from recommending restaurants to arranging for a taxi for us. We'd definitely stay here again. We felt it was great value for the cost of our stay and the service we received from the staff was excellent.
