특별요청에 대하여 직원들이 잘 인지하고, 적극적으로 조치해줘서 좋은 투숙 경험을 가질 수 있었습니다. 테이트 모던, 세인트폴 대성당 등을 도보로 이동가능한 좋은 위치에 있으며, 타워브릿지까지는 버스로 한번에, 빅밴 등 다른 시내 관광지는 한번 환승으로 갈 수 있습니다. 공항 이동시에는 짐이 있다면 우버를 타는 편이 좋을 것 같습니다. 정수기에서 직접 물을 떠다 마실 수 있는 점이 편리하긴 하였지만, 제공되는 물통이 깨끗하지는 않아서 개인 물병을 지참하면 좋습니다. 더블침대는 싱글베드 2개를 연결하여 제공되었고, 하우스키핑에 다소 문제가 있는 점을 제외하고는 전반적으로 만족스러운 투숙이었습니다. 하우스키핑시에 신발 한짝이 사라져 프론트 데스크에 문의하였으나, 하우스키퍼 확인 결과 발견된 것이 없다는 이야기를 3회나 들었습니다. 하루는 외출 후 돌아오는 길에 프론트에서 아직 발견된 것이 없다고 들었으나, 객실에 들어가 보니 하우스키퍼가 아무 말 없이 신발을 되돌려 놓은 것을 알 수 있었습니다. 이 문제에 대해서는 호텔 직원들이 적극적인 해결의지가 있다고 보여지지 않았으며, 하우스키퍼에게 확인해 보겠다는 것 이외에 적극적인 해결방법이나 대안을 제시하지 않은 점은 화가 났습니다. 다만, 그 이전까지 호텔에서 제공한 모든 서비스가 만족스러웠기때문에 단 하나의 일로 인해 호텔 전체의 이용경험을 나쁘게 말하고 싶지는 않습니다.

Good bright clean and well maintained chain hotel. Rooms are fine and have all you need for a night or two. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Breakfast is ok. The only downside is there’s no step free/flat level access into the hotel itself so avoid if mobility is limited.

My husband I had dinner at the attached Marco Pierre White restaurant then went into the hotel bar area - it's very tastefully decorated, reasonably priced and very relaxed. We are often in the area but had never visited before - if in the area we will definitely pop in and highly recommend visiting to others.
