위치는 좋습니다. 파리 자체가 대중교통이 어렵진 않은 거 같긴한데 생라자르역이나 유명백화점들과 도보로 움직일 수 있는 위치입니다. 그렇지만 환경을 핑계로 4박을 하는데 수건을 말해야 갈아주는게 사실 충격적이네요. 일반 가정집에서도 수건을 하루에 1개이상 새걸 쓰는데 호텔에서 매번 대면으로 직접 말해야 갈아준다니 그저 핑계라고 밖에 안 느껴지네요.

Dear Guest, First of all, thank you very much for choosing our property for your stay in Paris. We are glad you enjoyed our central location in the city ! Regarding the cleaning service, the towels are indeed changed upon request with the disposition of a card in the bathroom in all Accor Hotels for the environment. We are pleased to change it everyday for the confort of some guests that wish it, however some of our guests do not request to have them changed everyday. 4박 이용했어요. 위치도 좋고 코지하지만 매우 깨끗했어요. 프리빌리지 스위트룸에는 화장실도 2개 있어서 편했어요. 스텝분들도 캐주얼하시고 문의사항 매우 친절하게 응대해 주셨습니다.

Already having established a couple of the favorite hotels in Paris to which I am very loyal, I was not inclined to stay anywhere else. But on this visit, the stars aligned for me to stay in this hotel. I was actually quite concerned about the closeness of the hotel to the railway station St. Lazare. It was because on all my previous visits to Paris, I only ever went to Gare du Nord and found that area quite scary. Well, my assumptions about St. Lazare area were wrong. The whole area around this hotel (including the station square around the corner) is safe at any time of the day and night. Now, about my stay! The first impression of any hotel is not the lobby design, as some people might think. It is the person who welcomes you at the front desk. And my first acquaintance with the hotel started with amazing and super friendly personnel who were checking me in. Frankly, I was even taken aback a bit, as I didn’t expect such a heartfelt welcome! And the lobby design was fancy too, by the way.  The room, yet small in worldwide standards, was OK size for Paris. I have booked the Privilege room, which gave me some extra space for reading in the chair, working at the desk and dropping the bulky shopping bags on the floor. WIFI was good even for the work video conferencing. One thing I must highlight here (for the sake of the housekeeping personnel) – the room was spotlessly clean. I mean it was clean to the point where I started thinking: how oh how can I keep my own house so clean?  All requests I had during my stay were resolved by the personnel easily and right on the spot. And I have decided to add this hotel to my list of favorites in the city. Once again, my big thank you to the hotel team for my perfect stay!
