Totally overpriced compared to other Ibis. Hanover really trades on being a fair city.It took ages for us to check in although we had booked beforehand. The reception staff were totally incompetent: there were 3 of them but only one knew what he was doing. Asked how we could get into town by public transport, we were given the false information. We had booked 2 rooms for 2 adults each: one room was ready and the other made up for just 1 person with no towels at all. That took a while to sort out, which was inconvenient as the guests wanted to shower.

The overall experience was not upto the mark Even the basic facilities like Toiletries, one water bottle per day , room service etc were not available. Charges were so high. Bill was not provided for the stay in the hotel , they said the same will be provided by the Make my Trip I have chosen the option of paying in cash at the hotel, but the amount was deducted from credit card and I have pay forex charges two time , one time on credit card payment and one time when I have exchanged currency for paying in cash.

We stayed this time for five days in the Ibis Medical Park. The rooms are good and well appointed; the service was more than adequate; staff friendly and helpful. Very decent breakfast at a reasonable price.

Ibis always provide a non-flashy but clean and consistent hotel. It was very convenient for the office I was visiting. On the down side, I couldn’t turn the excessive heating down, but if opened window then the busy road alongside made it very noisy.
