The hotel was at a great location for us. Situated on a quiet street, but only 5 minutes away from great restaurants and cafes. The staff was so welcoming, polite, and helpful. The room (privilege) was perfect for our stay as it was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was just right and provided a good variety of cold and warm items. Many thanks to the attentive staff

Tiny but tidy rooms in a very convenient location to discover Paris with public transportation. The breakfast buffet offers a large variety and the ladies taking care of the buffet lighten up your day with their kindness.

A very worn out hotel and not well maintained. I was not able to stay for the one night I booked for. The room was not comfortable, sheets had yellow spots on them, the carpet didn't look clean. On top of that, I paid for the room in cash at the reception and got charged by card. If I could I would rate it below 1. Mercure just got dropped from the list of hotel brands to consider for any trip.

Dear Madam, dear Sir, Can you contact us directly because we are not sure you staid in our hotel ? Nobody came to see us at the reception conernint this kind of problem. Thank you in advance. Best regards Mickael

Modern and well-equipped rooms. Requested a balcony and received an excellent one. Reception staff very friendly, however the guy sitting at the desk watching everything was a little intimidating (does he even work here?). Excellent location. Not 5 stars due to lift not working from ground floor and poor breakfast (there are many options in nearby eateries).

Booked a couple of nights here. The hotel staff were very friendly. Hotel is located in such a great part of Paris within walking distance to major attractions and restaurants. The room was clean and beds are so comfortable. I would definitely book here again
