걸어서 뮌헨역까지 5분이면 도착할 수 있어 여행 일정에 많은 도움이 되었습니다. 주요 관광지(미술관, 공원, 쇼핑센터 등)도 도보로 이동 가능합니다. 아침 먹고 영국정원에 산책 갔다가 오는 길에 선물 사고 짐 정리해서 기차 타는데 아직 정오가 지나지 않았을 정도예요. 호텔 자체도 아늑하고 널찍한 느낌이었습니다. 무료 미니바도 마음에 들었고 레스토랑도 메뉴는 한정돼 있지만 가성비 좋았다고 생각합니다. 호텔 조식은 가격이 만만치 않지만 절대 후회 안 할 만큼 훌륭합니다. 브런치로 두 끼 해결한다 생각하고 꼭 시도해 보세요…^^

The staff are exceptional the food was excellent in the restaurant easy walking distance into the old town really appreciate the staff so helpful We were within walking distance to some great restaurants go off the beaten track the train station nearby

The location is very near to HPF and convenient. Walking distance to most touristy locations. However, there is a casino nearby. The neighborhood can get a bit rowdy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is very quiet, even though it is just beside the street. The mini bar with apple and orange juice are free is really a great gesture. Breakfast buffet was delicious. The spread with bacon, 3 types of eggs , breads etc are wonderful. The room is spacious, but the management should provide (1) more benches to place luggages (2) more coat hooks (3) sliding door for the shower (4) new mattres (5) bathroom entrance door should swing the other way around to provide more space in the toilet.

Housekeeper stole my airpods but not the case and changed the pin on my luggage. When I complain about it to the reception the Chinese man was very rude to me and didn´t listen to me, he was on side the housekeeper. But I called the police and they helped me. Some people should not be on the front desk or in service work. I would never stay at this hotel again. So rude and I could not trust the housekeeper

Hotel is located near MRT. We arrived early and get our rooms ready with an upgrade due to Accor Platinum status. Front desk is very friendly and the rooms look very vintage in a good way. We stayed on the 6th floor and even had a shoe polisher in the hallway, which is helpful during winter to remove snow and mud in our shoes. The minibar was also complimentary which we thought was a nice gesture. The breakfast spread is pretty decent but repetitive everyday. Rate could've been 5star if not because of the 2 breakfast hostesses, which always cross their arms and not even smile whenever we come. They're even gossiping at the front of the restaurant about their colleagues and problems in life, which is a huge turn off.
