Great trip to Paris, until the last day. My wife's purse got stolen in the restaurant during breakfast, after 2 minutes away from the table. I understand you can get mugged in the city, but did not expect this to be possible inside of the hotel. Reported the incident to staff, got told that the restaurant is a public area (?!) and that they can not review the camera footage without the police, which they would not call. Nor sure how you classify dining hall inside of the hotel, beyond reception, with a person checking breakfast vouchers private. No security staff showed up, although they have one. Catastrophic support and customer service and as demonstrated and for sure not a reassuring security. So, if by any chance you do visit, make sure you do not leave anything off your person at any time, even during meals. If it gets lost, you will not receive any help or assistance, other that misquotes of French laws.

The hotel is great for visiting Paris, which does not include staying in a hotel. The location of the hotel is excellent, the metro station is right in front of the hotel and you can quickly reach all the attractions you need to visit in Paris. The breakfast at the hotel is excellent, delicious for everyone's taste. Otherwise, the rooms are small, the staff who work are not very friendly, but that is not so important, if you spend most of the day walking around Paris. All in all I would stay here again!

Have this hotel a 2 rating but actually I think I’m being generous! Room was very basic with no tea or coffee making facilities. Poor condition too with stained sealant and wooden trim hanging off Service was bad as bar was never manned and even when asking reception for a drink (next door) they said it was closed and to come back later. Breakfast was like being in a school with trays and racks of dirty plates everywhere. All of this for £250/night!! If you can avoid this hotel then do so!!

This is good hotel for overnight rest when visiting Paris. It is located quite close to a metro station so you can easily move wherever you need. Rooms are doing the purpose, not that big, but clean and comfortable. There is also a possibility of third bed for a child on request. Food diversity is very limited but it tastes excelent with fresh croisants on the meny each day. There is also a bar in the hotel where you can order pizza or sandwiches and have a drink. Check in and out is easy and stuff are helpfull and polite. Overall, I would not hesitate to book this hotel again on return to Paris.

The hotel is very nice. Bedrooms are a bit small but beds are comfortable. The cleaning service is very good. The only flaw is that the windows can’t be opened so it gets really warm and there is no fresh air in the rooms. Other than that everything was perfect!
