Very noisy hotel in the mornings; the staff had set up a camp outside our room, with cleaners shouting from one end to the other. The hotel does not have wheelchair access, which is very disappointing. They should pay more attention to the rest of the guests, as that should be the hotel's main objective.

The worst hotel we have ever been to. Definitely. Dirty carpets everywhere, boring staff(they dont want to work ther, they said) Smells like bad eau de cologne all over the place. When we arrived there was some nosy youngsters in the so called reception, that spoke to each other more than to us. Bad service over all. And, and, and… do not go there!

Stayed 2 nights. Great location. It is 5 minutes away from the town center. Could get very noisy as the hotel often host tour groups. Stayed at a double room. The bath room is very small with cheap/small towers. Very average breakfast.

The location is good: cute shops outside, around the corner from the bridge and down the street from the Pope's Palace. But the decor is really dated, and the rugs and molding were worn out. The gym had 1 kettlebell and one hand weight. The breakfast buffet was equally underwhelming. It should be noted that the outside of the other nearby Mercure also looked well past its prime.

A comfortable hotel perfectly positioned inside the city walls, ideal for visiting Avignon. Reception was efficient but not particularly welcoming. Room was ok but small. Dreadful view of some flats and the roof of the restaurant. Because of its location, everything feels cramped. The real problem is access to the car park, which is essentially attached to the hotel, but required many stairs, corridors and doors to access. If you have luggage and have any physical disabilities, you will NOT be able to carry it from the car to the hotel. There is a notional drop off, taken by a group of bikers when we arrived! But there is no possibility of pick up. You will have a challenging walk. Breakfast was shambolic: staff couldn’t cope with the number of guests; orange juice machine broken; shortage of breakfast items; milk in coffee was on the turn. Ok for a one night stay if you are fit!
