The hotel is very good,room clean staff very caring and helpfull, my kid enjoyed at the kids pool there is Jayanta is very helpful and take care of my kid ,he is playing with my kid all the time we would like to thank you Jayanta,the gym is very nice, I would definitely recommend this hotel for friends and family

The hotel are very nice, room clean staff very helpful , buffet food so delicious.they have kids club which our kids enjoyed with separate pools to adult .Most beautiful place is the pool and beach they have nice view amazing we would like to thank you Jeanette who pay attention to every single details and Rizwan who provide fresh towel for us. We definitely comeback soon !

Our Stay at the Retreat Palm Dubai was excellent. The Beach was clean, the seawater was clear. The Food ordered on the Beach was really good. The Servicepeople were all friendly and they did a good job. Especially Swapnil. He was the best guy at Ripples Pool Bar. He remembered our Roomnumber after 2 days. He also did a little smalltalk with us every day. There should be more guys like Swapnil. Overall it was a really good and relaxing stay at the hotel. We will definetly come again. I hope they keep the good stuff from ripples.

I should have payed more attention to the other bad reviews. This hotel does not provide a 5-star experience. We arrived at 15:00, but hotel room not ready and we had to wait almost an hour to get the room. We had booked a suite, but ended up in room on 2 floor. We were approached all the time by sales people inside the hotel trying to sell different extra things. The overall experience is not luxurious in any way. The hotel is small and basic without any luxury feel. Not any small details to make it feel luxurious. Only one small swimming pool. The food in the restaurant was basic. This is not what to expect from a 5-star hotel in Dubai.

It is a great hotel. Very nice hotel staff. We booked all inclusive and that is exactly what we got. The food was excellent. A big compliment to Mr. Amgad Tayel, who looked after our daughter very well and is really recommended because of his calm, funny and courteous manner. Thank you for everything ;-)
