Good hotel!! Don't take the breakfast

Great location, few steps from the metro. The room was nice and clean, very spacious. the staff at the reception was friendly and kind. I didnt like the breakfast, the restaurat was very crowded and noisy, the table not clean and there were not a choise of sweet.

Highly disappointed with our stay! We were on a family vacation for my son's birthday. Got it booked through an agent still our experience at the hotel wasn't something that was expected. We had booked their suite, the room looked fancy but there were many glitches in our experience. Room: Upon reaching the hotel, my son was hungry and wanted to have fruits. So I called the in room dining and asked for a plate and knife. After which I learnt that we have to pay 20 AED if we wanted cutlery. After repeated requests they only sent a knife. This is the first hotel that we have travelled where we need to pay for the cutlery. So if you want to stay here please carry cutlery along. Washroom: The service in the suite was very substandard. The toiletries were given upon asking and wasn't placed from before. The bathtub needed to be fixed, as the water wasn't getting drained out. Breakfast: The biggest disappointment was breakfast. As there were limited options and everyday a fixed standard menu was there. Not a single alteration in the menu was there. The staff at the breakfast counters always looked really grumpy. For my son's birthday celebration we requested for a cake and decoration. We were just provided a cake and a few balloons. There was no candle provided. Overall experience was not worth it! Wouldn't visit again.

Our stay was so good. Hotel has perfect breakfast and awesome view to night city. Room very comfortable for 2 adults and one toddler. I would like to express special gratitude to Vignesh and Suraj. They were very pleasure and were very fast. I want to back here my next time in Dubai.

The ac was not working and they didn’t replace the room and. I was waiting until fixing the Ac but as a hotel is ok and so many people in the front disk and they are busy always not have a chance for helping you I stay for a. 2 nights 3 days but it’s ok but I didn’t did it again honestly

The holiday was very good, I really liked everything, the food was very tasty, the pools were clean and the water was warm, I also liked the service, everyone respects you and loves you very much. Hemraj house keeping supervaiser always took care of how our vacation would be and made our vacation the best!
