What an outstanding hotel! you’ll be amazed by the service and amenities. Am here with spouse to perform umra, the level of hospitality Fairmont has given is so comforting especially after completing umra. And especially grateful and flattered by Service Manager, Mohamed Fauzy and Staff, Jahidul Islam who went even further to suprise us with a beautiful flower on bed decoration! Amazing! Surely will be in my short list of place to stay for umra and hajj.

Mr Abdul Rahmaan at reception was totally awesome and helpful. Was given the best room with the best view. Not even 5 minutes to complete my check in process once helped. House keeping was very good as well. Great breakfast on 21st floor. The daily fresh kajoor and qahwa delivered to the room was very enjoyable and kids loved it. The treats and fruits left in the room when checked in was great. Access to hotel and haram was swift and very quick. Will definitely be making this hotel my go to in Makkah Mukaramah, moving away from the hilton group in Jabal Omar.

Mohamed Fawzy (leader of house keeping) was really kind and welcoming to us. He really helped us having a good stay. 🥰 Overall loved staying in fairmont, had a great experience.

beautiful journey from reservation tell check out with all the details an excellent choice and leave a very good memories negative point : I reserve the golden suit but the parking was not included which disturb me and make some annoying to whole journey

The overall stay was satisfactory; however, the breakfast left much to be desired. As a frequent traveller, I can attest to this. If it wasn't intentional, they should make efforts to improve it. The ambiance and service were commendable, but the lacklustre breakfast experience detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay.
