It's more like a 3 or at the best 4 star hotel. Poor Internet connection. Lack of basic facilities such as toothbrush and toothpaste! The pool was as small as a tub! They didn't even have staff to carry the luggages! I can go on and talk about every aspect, It's like a joke and I don't know why this Hotel is considered 5 star?!

Reception was moderate and service level okay. However additional service in main restaurant (empty). The grill restaurant connected is from separate owners. Bit strange set up and not customer oriented. Also as dedicated Accor member (platinum) no points are added even if 3 reminders are send.

Mercure Istanbul Bomonti❤️❤️ i think the best and beautiful hotel The facility was perferc Stafg and reception very polite and helpful Room clean and big size And breakfast was really good and delicious I will come back again to mercure Bomonti istanbul ❤️❤️❤️

We had a great two nights here. We stayed in Istanbul for two weeks and chose Mecure in the New Town for the last two nights. We were shocked and worried to see these low ratings and some angry reviews after booking. But later judging from our actual stay experience, everything was good. Service: In fact, all the service staff we encountered were extremely warm and friendly, and I thought they were all very nice. If you hang a sign on the door, someone will come to clean the room. If you don't hang a sign, someone will not come to clean the room. This avoids the problem of disturbing tenants as mentioned in the reviews. I think it’s good to do this now! Facilities: The facilities in the house are complete and comfortable, but a bit old. Environment: The surrounding environment is not bad and it is a busy area. Also very close to the station. Breakfast: The breakfast is delicious, with more varieties, and the restaurant has a great view! Overall, the overall experience of this hotel is comfortable.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Most interactions I had with the staff I found them very unwelcoming and rude, especially those working on the front desk. Despite this, the staff working in the connected restaurant where very pleasant, as well as the room service workers. I have seen reviews claiming the hotel is dirty, but in my experience this was not the case. The pool and sauna where decent, however the gym is very poor and not looked after at all. I have rated my stay here 2 stars, with the only positives being the hotel is well presented and certain staff members where very pleasant. However the negatives outweigh the positives due to the unwelcoming nature of the desk staff. I would not recommend staying here.
