Hotel for Chinese people only, Cigarette smell

- Nobody speaks English - All papers in the front office are in Chinese - not even Metro (Subway) map in English - All communication made through Translator apps in cellphones (reading) In addition: - In the second day, when I arrived the hotel, my room was full of cigarette smoke, and my clothes were stinking cigarette smoke. Somebody smoked in my room during the day - The waiters make A LOT of noise early in the morning in the aisles, talking loud and moving things, not possible to sleep after 8:00 - I stayed in a room with dust, and I'm allergic. When I asked to change the room, they were fast on helping me. However, when I left the room, the waiter prepared my former room for the next guest, when I was still there. I had already laid down for two hours in the bed, and used their free slippers. The guy just make the bed with the same linen I have already used, no new linen for the next customer, and even the slippers he just put back in the original place. - Pros: staff is kind.
