Our check in was fast and courteous. Our room on the 17th floor, north tower, had a very nice view of the pools, the merlion and the bay. Our room was meticulously serviced by Damyal-Hong Thuy. and we enjoyed finding the artistic towel display with the rabbits and flowers, on the desk. Also, one of your front desk staff kindly exchanged a bag of sgd coins for sgd paper money. The service and attention to detail was outstanding. The location of the hotel was perfect for access to public transport, shopping and a variety of restaurants. We look forward to another visit soon and will highly recommend your hotel to friends and family. Thank you and kind regards, John & Wendy Holgate

Robert in the concierge depart was very helpful. We left a bag in a taxi that contained a purse and mobile phone. He tracked down the taxi we left it in and arranged for him to bring it back to us. He went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you again for your amazing customer service.

Everything was perfect from room service to breakfast. Also check in and late check out was smooth. Room was cleaned several times per day, personnel were so nice, specially Vamshi from housekeeping. One of the best hotel experience in Asia.

Location is excellent! Located above raffle city shopping centre with city hall MTR inside the centre. The room was so clean, the bed and pillow is so comfortable. But what impressed me was their staff and their top notch service. I arrived early in the morning after an all night flight, the staff gave me access to their lounge to rest before the room becomes available. A special mention to our room attendant Moe! She absolutely made our day by decorating the towel and leaving personal messages for our family and my 6 years old daughter! She is wonderful!!

Just enjoyed a throughly pleasant stay at the Fairmont. Without exception, the staff were pleasant and friendly, particularly those in the Gold Lounge. My room was fairly large and comfortable with views over the harbour. I would have preferred having proper milk for tea making rather than powdered creamer but that’s my only comment. In sum, a good place to stay, particularly in a Gold room.
