Booked a 6 nights stay during the Hari Raya holiday. Check-in was speedy and our rooms were ready. The hotel opened breakfast area in their ballroom. This was a very smart move as their restaurant (Spectrum) was full and overwhelmed by the number of diners. Unfortunately, there are rooms for improvements, especially in the housekeeping department. The housekeeping service was inconsistent throughout the stay. Most of the time, they fail to provide enough bottled water and bath towels. On one of the days, I suddenly received additional blanket in the room (but I never asked for one). Also, there seems to be a shortage of face towels during the stay. The bed linens also need to be replaced, mine has holes in them.

You will not regret staying here!

Perfect as usual, my favourite hotel in Jakarta, never disappoint! Friendly team, helpful staff, wonderful room, comfortable bed, great facilities, fantastic breakfast, K22 bar with the best view, just fantastic! I have stayed here many times, and trust me, Fairmont Jakarta is consistently 10/10!

Arriving at the Fairmont from a roadtrip for 9 hours, we were in a very hectic condition, especially for the hotel. Arriving early before the registration and had to wait until evening just to get a room. From the hotel, we received a transit room but we were all tured due to the roadtrip. As such, it doesn’t accomodate to ease our exhaustion. Luckily, we were given access to sit at the lounge and I sat around there. In the end we got our room but we also had to scold regarding the low service in handling the guest. Yet…after the first day, I had a very enjoyable experience. The Fairmont people was, as majority said, really uphold their standard as a 5 star hotel. To make up the mistake from the first day, they took responsibility by giving us an apology and dinner. The service was friendly, even though some are not friendly (maybe because of the Ramadan Event), however I find mostly satisfying. Other than that, I find the bed very comfortable and soft other than most hotel. On the first day, I slept like a baby when I lay down on the bed. As I woke up, the curtain was modern because we can use a remote and I find it interesting. What I think needs to be improved is that how to ask for a make up room because me and my family always get out after the designated make up room time. It is very confusing and when I request to the house keeping, I am grateful they accept the request however there were warmness during responding my request. I find it quite dissapointed. Overall, for 4 nights in the Fairmont hotel can be described that it is a blast and I would like to go here again and recommend this hotel to my friends and families. As such, it came bad at first but they made it awesome in the end.

The hotel is very nice, clean and cozy. But the most is the service. We have to admit that the first impression is a bit not good. Because of the lack of staff with a lot of guest queueing for check in. And we got our room late. But we understand because that day is the idulfitri holiday. But the service afterwards covered every impression. So helpful and very accomodative to our need. If we have to give a score it is 11/10. We enjoy the room, the bar at 22 floor with 360 degrees view, the dinner in gold lounge ( with Elsa and Rio cheerful service ). But one person we have to address is Dinda. Who arrange everything for us. Thank you and surely we’ll be back in a short times.

Superb luxury hotel located in plush downtown. The accomadations are lavish and very comfortable. Great staff - attentive and efficient - and several good restaurants. Just a minor flaw: the fitness is small and not so well equipped, but there is a nice swimming pool.
