Amazing location. Tons of great amenities. Really beautiful accommodation. A bit confusing to get into and out of but that’s a reaching negative. Would absolutely recommend for anyone coming to Osaka for a few nights wanting to explore!!

Was served by Geoffrey at reception who did a marvellous job of explaining the whole process to us. We were early but we managed to check in slightly before the 3pm check in time. The location of the hotel is fantastic and it’s close to major transport, malls, food and places of interest. The room was spacious, clean and had everything that we needed. Loved the facilities from the gym, pool to the japanese bath. The hot bath was a welcome respite from the cold weather we were having. Breakfast is at the 36th floor which gives you a wonderful bird’s eye view of Osaka city. There’s a large assortment of food, all high quality and delicious.

Great location, 3 mins walk to the train station leading to airport and plenty of shops and restaurantsnearby. Got free upgrade to pleasantly big room enough for luggage packing. Breakfast was good at the top floor with good selection of international and local choice.

Firstly, as a self-driving traveler, I encountered difficulties in finding clear directions to the parking lot and the driveway in front of the lobby. Despite my efforts to locate information on your website, the provided guide did not offer clear and easily understandable directions. The accompanying pictures were also unclear, making it challenging for self-driving travelers like myself to navigate the parking facilities successfully. I later discovered similar concerns expressed by other guest on TripAdvisor, and I wholeheartedly concur with their sentiments. Additionally, the lack of clarity regarding the different parking locations, such as Area A, Area B, etc., further complicated our arrival process. The website and parking lot signs did not provide clear instructions, resulting in a frustrating 40-minute ordeal to reach the hotel gate's driveway. Upon reaching the hotel main door and in front of the driveway, we intended to park in the parking area (there have a few), unload our luggage, check in, and then proceed with our plans. However, during this process, we encountered an unfriendly encounter with a staff member who approached us in an abrupt manner and questioned our intentions. After clarifying that we were checking in, the staff member proceeded to speak at length, leaving us feeling embarrassed and helpless. It is important to note that while I understand the need for smooth vehicle flow, the tone and attitude of this employee did not align with the expectations of a five-star hotel. A simple greeting and a more polite approach would have made a significant difference in our initial impression. This incident left a lasting negative impression on our experience at the hotel. On a more positive note, we had a smooth check-in as well as check-out experience. I would like to commend the Bellman specifically, as they interacted with us in a friendly manner, wearing a smile and wishing us a pleasant day. Furthermore, I would like to highlight an employee who worked at the lobby coffee machine on 17th March evening. When I approached him with a query, he patiently and courteously addressed my concerns, displaying a commendable attitude. Regarding breakfast, while there was a wide variety of food available, I observed some lapses in attention to detail. For example, at the noodle station, the chef served it to us without noticing the soup flowing out of the bowl, causing it to be piping hot. Overall, the interactions we had with the staff did not create a welcoming atmosphere or leave me with a favourable impression. Considering that we were recommended to stay at your hotel by friends, I entered with high expectations, which unfortunately were not met. In comparison to other hotels of a similar calibre, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of the hospitality displayed by your staff. Lastly, I would like to acknowledge the hotel's excellent location, which proved to be convenient for accessing shopping malls and the train station.

Great location and very convenient if you are traveling to other cities. Lovely hotel. Older hotel but very well maintained. Comfortable room and helpful staff. Accor members are really appreciated. Thank you for the birthday chocolates!
