Exceptionally well-located, the hotel is still the best in Namba and perhaps in Osaka. Great views from the upper floors, friendly and helpful staff, great lounge, lovely rooms, and just opposite Ebisubashi with access to Dotombori. All in all a great stay. The breakfast needs a special mention, as it certainly was the highlight of our stay.

Excellent location for basing exploration of Osaka and easy train ride location to all sites. Rooms were fantastic and clean and it had the best buffet breakfast combining both Eastern and Western foods. Attached restaurants are also quality. Staff were very helpful and assisted with our needs such as luggage transfer.

Firstly, I found the breakfast options to be quite limited. I would have liked to see more variety in Japanese cuisine, such as tamagoyaki (rolled omelette), traditional Japanese fish dishes, and sushi. It would be wonderful if you could expand the selection to cater to different preferences. Additionally, I noticed that the television channels available were quite limited, and there were no options for streaming services like Netflix and YouTube. In this digital age, many guests appreciate having access to a wider range of entertainment choices. It would be great if you could consider adding these options for a more enjoyable stay. Furthermore, I found it disappointing that there was no information provided about the dining options within the hotel. It would be beneficial to have a detailed introduction to the on-site restaurants and their specialties. This would help guests make informed decisions about where to dine during their stay. I also wanted to mention that the executive lounge had a cluttered appearance with miscellaneous items. It would be nice if you could focus on offering more Japanese snacks, such as tamagoyaki, to enhance the overall experience in the executive lounge. Lastly, although the executive room was well-maintained and cleaned thoroughly every day, I noticed that after the first day, the complimentary Perrier and Coca-Cola were not replenished. It would be appreciated if these amenities were consistently provided throughout the duration of the stay. On a positive note, I would like to commend your staff for their excellent service. The rooms were tidied up promptly and the attendants in the executive lounge were polite and courteous.
