One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I’m dramatic but I really am not being dramatic! First time coming to Chicago, immediately was upgraded to an amazing river view high floor room. Anything requested to the room was delivered RIGHT AWAY. They also left me a handwritten card that was personalized, it was so sweet. The room was so spacious and the staff was amazing the entire duration. Special shout-out to the bartender Ricardo and treating me like a friend during my solo stay! I can’t wait to book my trip again here :)

The Swissotel is the quietest, most comfortable hotel in Chicago. You don’t have to worry about thin walls at the Swiss. It’s always super clean and super comfortable. I look forward to my stays at the Swiss because I sleep so well! Highly recommend!
