It was excellent experience for my family specially for my kids, they are so happy playing in the kidz area and with cooking class. The room was clean & food was so delicious. We love it. Just small thing to be improve is the guy who standby in the omelet area no smile, no enthusiasm to serve the guest. when i asked him, he's like so lazy to answer it, but thats ok. I hope all the staff knows what accor value are and how to implement it. And also thank you to mbk fannie, shes so kind and helpfull.thank you mjc we'll be back.

I had very great time during the breakfast because the staff was helpful and kind. He actively helped to clean up the table to make sure the table was not messy, also really kind to help my mother to get the juice though the restaurant was about to close in 15 mins.

This hotel is suitable for family, many kids activities, many food selection, including Indonesian food corner, good serving from Wira who provide us with good coffee and chocolate drink. Located in strategic area, near Jakarta city center.
