We spent three nights in this hotel. The rooms were clean, quite large and well equipped. The only downside was the air conditioning not working in one of the rooms, but after intervention we were given another room. The lack of a balcony was good for us, as we had to go outside the hotel to smoke. There are a lot of German programs on TV, but that's not a problem, we came to Wrocław to sightsee, not to watch TV. Generally, I recommend it

It was amazing trip. We love this hotel. Really………..one of the best ibis hotels in poland (we love this one in cracow too) one attention - Please change tne drayers - they dont work as well.. i was late for a meeting because i couldnt dry my hair

Very good location to explore Wroclaw, tram stop directly at the hotel, walking distance to shopping like Wroclawia Center and train station. Everything that we could complain about was promptly fixed by the staff. The rooms are not very soundproof towards the corridor, but the hotel itself is in a business skyscraper area without major sources of noise.

This is a modern hotel--like many Ibis hotels, it is sort of a cookie cutter experience. The rooms are rather small, and they have this big thing on carbon footprint. I get it and I'm on board. But they go overboard--example, in the gym, there was a water cooler but not paper cups. And, as anyone knows, you can't have glass in a gym. Little things like that detract from a stay.

great hotel for very reasonable price, loved the sparkling water dispensers by the lifts, there could have been more towels available. very clean and modern, well maintained. only issue was breakfast a bit overpriced and for the ibis it is in a different dining room and confusing to find as the restaurant at front is for novotel and not ibis, whilst the reception and lobby is common for both hotels (both are in the same building, novotel top floors and ibis bottom floors). as a result of this confusion I have missed out on the apple pie for breakfast when we got it (breakfast about 11gbp per person). the tram stop is just outside and that is very helpful for getting just about anywhere in the city
