Excellent hotel, location so close to everything. Staff always so friendly and eager to help with a smile on their face. Front manager Maimoon was awesome! giving us tips on what to do, where to go locally and chasing things up for us. Very clean, bed so comfortable with full amenities. Plugs are also international! highly recommended, worth every cents!

The hotel is distinctive, the cleanliness is very good, and the cooperation with the staff is also excellent, especially the employee Teh, kwangtung who is very courteous.Also, the food is distinctive and cooked well. The cleaning staff are distinguished by their kindness due to their coming to the room to clean.

Upgraded to a family room. Room spartan but comfortable. Bed was particularly good. Great location for exploring Phuket City. Local eating options excellent, there is a large night market with many stalls nearby. There is a good hotpot restaurant just down from the Novotel. We ate one night at the Novotel thst was excellent The Novotel next door to the Ibis has a rooftop bar on the 18th floor. Happy hour 17.30 to 19.30 great cocktails. Paul the manager from Preston was friendly and helpful as we're all the staff in both hotels.

We went to the early flight from Bangkok to Phuket. This is our first time in Phuket city. A bit worry and tired from long journey but when we arrived the hotel and met the receiptionist guy his name is “Com” He is super friendly and polite to us with a active and sincere smile. On top of that his service skills is very good. I’m impressed that he could find a room for us and understand how tired we are. Thank you for the excellent service and very warm welcome! 🙏🏼

The worst experience ever. We booked for double bed room and we were given with wheelchair accessible interconnecting room without informing upon check-in. We called the reception as we didn’t want to stay in accessible room and we were confirmed to move morning 10am. When we called in the morning the response what we received was not at all helpful.. staff is not friendly or empathetic, staff doesn’t care about the customer problems. As they were taking soo long we informed the receptionist to do the room move in our absence as we were heading out. When we came in the evening we were just given the excuse saying they are fully booked. No apologies no empathy nothing. There is no privacy when u are in the washroom..The AC makes some weird noise. Water flows all over shower area after you take shower. This is not acceptable when you stay at brand Ibis. Do not blindly book this hotel because of the name. The staff will just give you random room and lie to you next morning telling all the double bed rooms are accessible rooms and evening suddenly fully hooked. very poor service, staff is not helpful to your problems. They just give any random excuses.. doesn’t do justice to the brand Ibis. Room no 2208
