You can’t go wrong with a stay at the iconic Pullman Melbourne in the Park. With so much on offer from luxurious rooms and executive lounge to wonderful guest facilities like the pool, spa, gym and recovery centre! Dine in for dinner and breakfast and enjoy the culinary adventure sampling the freshest and most creative delights. The bar area is a great place to hang out and meet up for formal or informal gatherings. Parking available onsite and tram stop out front to take you right into the heart of the Melbourne CBD precinct in only moments. Shout out to the amazingggg Ms Eliza, thank you so much for your incredible professionalism and hospitality, your a huge asset to the Pullman along with Louis and Mathew on concierge. Continued thanks to Mardi and Judy in FO along with Ms Julia in the Cliveden who has become almost synonymous with looking after Melbournians at this spot for decades. Thank you! Finally to Yasara in the EL and Sri at breakfast and a great chat with Simon in maintenance with a few tips during my stay. Spotless rooms will round out your stay in this magnificent Melbourne hotel institution especially if enjoying the sporting precincts of the MCG & Tennis centre. Thank you team Pullman on the Park.

We have often read about the Pullman on the Park and being in Melbourne for a concert we chose the Pullman for our one night stay. What a revelation this hotel is. The staff are exceptional and the hospitality absolutely wonderful from welcome to departure our stay was faultless! On our arrival, although early and not having any expectation of our room being available the delightful Mardi at reception went above and beyond to make us welcome and to offer us access to the executive lounge whilst we waited if we wished to. WE are platinum members with ACCOR. The stay only got better! We went to the lounge and felt immediately at home with coffee and pastries available. The view over the MCG with the tennis centre beyond was spectacular. The lounge was comfortable and a wonderful place to revisit for canapés and drinks in the evening. The lovely staff taking care of the lounge in the evening, Pirapon, made sure that my wife who is a coeliac had options from the canapés to enjoy and even asked the kitchen to prepare something extra for her. Our corner room was a wonderful upgrade, offered by Mardi on the 15th floor with exceptional views over Fitzroy gardens and the city of Melbourne beyond. The bed was excellent and very comfortable with a beautiful bathroom to really make us feel completely spoilt. We dined for lunch and breakfast at Cliveden the restaurant on the ground floor. Once again we were greeted by another kind and welcoming member of the hotel. Sri was brilliant and as with Mardi and Pirapon, very focused on our well being and a desire to make us as comfortable and as welcome as possible. Needless to say we had a brilliant stay at the Pullman and will be returning time and time again we can safely say. The welcome, the dining experience, the executive lounge and our room were beyond all our expectations. Particularly when we were only staying for a night using our free night as members of ACCOR. To also be offered an upgrade was gathering icing on the cake. As a couple we very much appreciate being ALL ACCOR club members and particularly appreciate how lucky we are to be able to access such wonderful hotels both here in Australia and abroad. We do not take this for granted! Congratulations to the Pullman on the Park for having such a marvelous team and to the manager Glen Erickson who left us a welcome note and bottle of wine, Thank you! We will be back. Often!

Spacious comfortable room. Good pizzas in bar at Lunchtime. Evening meal very well presented and very tasty. Loved the braised lamb choice. Breakfast had a very good selection at the buffet. Restaurant staff very helpful, polite, friendly. Very good location for the Arenas. All staff very courteous and professional. A great hotel and would certainly recommend to all.

Stayed in Deluxe executive suite for 1 night. The room was spacious with good sized lounge, bathroom and bedroom. The executive suite was good with decent choices of hot and cold foods and numerous drink selections. It is a bit of walk to city so might not be as convenient for business purposes but I think the park and surrounding made the hotel more appealing for leisure travellers. Breakfast - There seems to be bit of mixed reviews about the breakfast at Cliveden. I personally thought it was okay but what I found it to be was that the selections were bit limited but the quality of those menu were quite exceptional. So quality over quantity if you will. Appreciated the welcome gift and late checkout offered.

Stayed 2 nights with breakfast. Beautiful hotel with lovely staff who made us feel welcomed and special. Tram and train station across the road making it close to everything in the city. MCG across the road which is perfect for footy as well as pre and post drinks in the spacious bar area. Room amenities excellent. Only thing lacking is an indoor spa but that looks like it might be coming soon according to signs in the pool area. Buffet breakfast is one of the best we have had as buffet stations not too close together and dining area quite spacious and tables far apart. Definatly will stay again.
