Nice hotel and easy to reach from Heathrow by bus.

We had an overnight stay here and found the hotel to be nice, staff helpful and the room comfy and clean. It's easy to get to from Heathrow by bus. Lost one mark because of the bathroom lighting and position of mirror if you're female and trying to put make up on!! You have to stretch over the sink to see in the mirror, so can't see close-up.

Stayed at this hotel last November, as I had a morning flight to Japan. Getting from the hotel to Heathrow Terminal 3 was very convenient, as the 'Hotel Hoppa' bus stops right outside the hotel. As for the hotel itself, it served all the requirements that I needed from it. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable for the 1 night that I stayed there - And I managed to get to the airport in the morning with a good nights sleep, feeling clean and without any stress. Overall, I was very happy with my stay, and I've already made another reservation at this hotel for another flight to Japan later in the year.

AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS! Cleaner woke me up at 9 am even though do not disturb sign was on the door . I was staying one night and didn’t check in to 1am so there is no way a cleaner should be coming in 8 hours later to clean the room when I was only there one night and was cleaned prior to me checking in. Not only that but I had the do not disturb sign on the door and I was wakening up after travelling all day to not getting much sleep and the ruined it for me . Told the cleaner and she said she would speak to the reception for me and they would contact me which they did not! I then complained to booking.com and the manager was rude didn’t assist or want to compensate me in anyway and did not even apologise but instead more or less called me a lie saying if these events happened … the manager obviously checked and seen I paid with cash so did deceive to not bother there backside in helping me or compensating me where as if I had paid by card I could easily claim it back from my company . Just rude and terrible service considering it is supposed to be an airport hotel they should have more courtesy to their customers knowing they will be tired and have probably been travelling all day . Room was dirty also . Avoid .

A good standard budget hotel. We had an evening meal and drinks. Very reasonable prices. Clean and adequate room. All in all a pleasant experience. I would recommend this hotel. You can order an early call and a taxi at reception. The journey is about 10 minutes

This is the hotel we try to choose on a layover out from Heathrow, depending on availability of course. The rooms are rather small and if you have lots of luggage it might be a bit of a challenge but apart from that it serves its purpose for a one night stay. The duvet is a bit on the small side too. We chose to eat our meals at the hotel as there is nothing much nearby. The meals were well presented and adequately priced. We ubered from the airport and back and the total journey time is between 5 and 10 minutes depending on traffic. Hotel staff are friendly and I cannot fault them.
