good hotel, very friendly personality Marcus is a very friendly person. good beds, very flushy pillow's near beach and a very good eco, you have also a shuttle to go to the city. good food and good drinks. next time when im in singapore im going back here

Marcus, Peter and Ivy were very accomodating and helping us with our breakfast. They actually outlined the buffet layout and food was amazing. Watch out though for outdoor dining for birds, it's best if you don't leave food behind. Though you could ask servers to clear the food out before going back for buffet breakfast.

Very nice stay at the Sofitel in Sentosa. Our room was spacious, bed was comfortable, and the hotel in its entirety had a great atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed the time I spent by the pool, whether it was swimming in the water to cool off from the sun, or drinking a local beer under the shade. Special shoutout to the friendly staff, including but not limited to Mr. Marcus Alson.

We have a short staycation at Sofitel Resort. We were walking at the hotel lobby looking a place for dinner. A staff at the entrance of the restaurant walking towards lobby approached us asking if we need any assistance.He introduced to us he is the Restaurant Mgr. Informing us that they were serving seafood buffet and must try and worth of money. He explained and show us around the buffet and we decided to have our dinner there. He is very patience explaining to us the dishes. He is super helpful and always with his smile. Throughout the whole dinner, I saw him walking ard with a bot of wine asking if anyone wants to have wine. We hardly have wine but we order a glass of white wine because of him promoting. The service crew were also very good. Mainly I see they are all Myanmar staffs. I believe they are part time staff. They were very consistent clearing our soiled plates and water refill.Excellent service . When we abt to finish our dinner , Thomas came to us and asked if we want to have any hot tea after heavy meal. 10/10 stars for Thomas. He is really a GEM STARS. Super role model and that is why his team also provide excellent service .We will definitely be back and recommend to our relatives,friends whoever we know.

We stayed here for 4 nights early in April in a family suite accommodating 2 teens and 2 adults and we loved it. The whole resort felt very relaxed and unrushed. It is a little set back from the main action, so you will need to walk up or get the tram or bus (from Tanjong Beach, down the stairs) to the main part of Sentosa. Being set back means it is really peaceful, so no booming music from the bars and activities. We were looked after by Charisma at reception who was so sweet and is obviously used to slightly jet lagged people as we weren't hurried at all when fumbling through the check in and check out procedures. The breakfast at the hotel is worth doing especially if you have kids who like to eat first thing, otherwise it is a little walk to find breakfast options. It is very generous and you can definitely set yourself up with a decent feed before going out. The staff were lovely! The breakfast host made the effort to remember our names and the staff our hot drinks orders. Completely unnecessary, but it does make you feel special. We ate out at Palawan and Tanjong most nights, but felt completely safe strolling back to the hotel at night. The stairs back from the tram stop were a good final challenge! We had some bar food on our first night, but the hotel restaurants do look really good. Definitely recommend this for families - our rooms were connected via a small lobby, so there was a bit of space between the rooms which allows for a bit more privacy. The pool is a really good size and it has a deep area so you can have a proper swim if you want to, but there is plenty of space for little ones to do their thing too. There aren't heaps of ugly sun loungers around the pool either. It is so hot, you will want to be in the water!
