The only advantage of this property is that it's near airport and if weather permits, you can walk down. Issues we faced during our visit 1. Extremely small cramped room with no space at all. 2. Washroom does not have any space and is similar to what you usually see in flights. 3. They claim to have shuttle service from hotel to airport but when you book, they will hold you waiting until the shuttle is crammed up like a chicken cage. 4. They turn off common area air conditioner during off hours. We had to leave at 5am and the hotel was boiling as they switched off the entire temperature control system

First and foremost, please accept my sincerest apologies for the difficulties you have mentioned, and be assured that the experience you described does not reflect the usual quality of service we provide. Regarding the shuttle service, our bus departs on schedule and does not wait until it is full before leaving. I am sorry if the transfer to the airport was not very comfortable, we are trying to accommodate all the demand while not exceeding the seating capacity. Furthermore, in order to achieve our sustainable development goals, we are currently adopting a save electricity strategy, which means that public areas of our hotel will be without air conditioning at night when the traffic is very low. We apologize if this might create some discomfort for you but it is one of our best options to limit our carbon footprint. Great location if you have a layover!!! This hotel was clean and modern! It was a nice place to stay close to the airport for the night! We took the shuttle to the airport in the morning and it left right on time, it left about every 30 minutes so it was very convenient!

The hotel's proximity to the Tan Son Nhat International Airport was the main reason I booked it, and I'm glad I did. It's literally a 5-minute drive from the airport, which made my early morning departure very convenient. Interestingly this IBIS felt more like a MERCURE or NOVOTEL quality from Accor rather than a barebones version of a typical IBIS property. Which was awesome given the price we paid was for a lower-end Ibis hotel! LOCATION: Super close to the airport and even walkable from the terminal DINE + DRINK: Did not have a chance to check out the F & B, but the rooftop bar looked pretty cool and came loaded with lovely views of the Airport runways! ROOM: We stayed in Room 703, so this review is based on that; SIZE: Spacious enough for 2 adults and simple baggage; VIEW:random view of the buildings nearby ; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting us to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: Good spa quality Toiletries FACILITIES: The hotel has a small but well-equipped fitness center, which was a nice addition to staying active during my short stay. They even have a lovely ROOFTOP SWIMMING POOL with spectacular views of the airport runways! SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all our needs with a smile and made us feel pampered and well taken care of. HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free Wi-Fi that works well all over the property, and the speed is good! Big Smart TV dishing out a wide variety of channels spanning sports, news, music, movies, and entertainment in multiple languages ===========================================================================================

Average Hotel, Good for Stopover or Short Stay

This hotel is great if you are doing a short stop over in Saigon. Our room, a Studio room with King bed was clean and modern. It was extremely odd that even though our room had a kitchen, that there was no pots, pans, plates, bowls or cutlery provided, the cupboards were empty, there was no dishwashing items included even though we had a kitchen sink in our room. Service provided by Housekeeping was exceptional which is why I gave it 4 stars, otherwise overall it would be just been 3. We found staff here are not really attentive or engaging with guests, came across a number of them more focused on their mobile phones. Rooftop bar had some great views of the airport, it had an odd choice of wicker tables which was an unstable platform for our cocktails, the area and aesthetics was pleasing except the drinks and food here were average and once again service here had let it down a little. We had complimentary breakfast each morning with a good range of provisions. Food and drink in the hotel is quite expensive, you are best going next door to 7/11 to buy drinks, snacks etc or venturing out to nearby local restaurants or bars. Area around the hotel is very interesting and loved walking around the streets exploring. If you are after a hotel that is close to the airport and only need to stay a day or 2 in Saigon, then this hotel is a reasonable option.
